CM of Haryana said they are ready for the elections
The Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar recently claimed that they are very much ready for the elections as well as for the Lok Sabha polls.
Prior to this, he said once that the elections of the Vidhan Sabha will take place in October 2019. But this time, he has surprisingly changed his statement and has said that it will take place along with the Lok Sabha polls. Along with this, he has also now talked about clearly about the ‘connect to people’ program started by the BJP recently.
Similarly, the opposition party INLD is ready also with its ‘Jail bharo’ program. Also, Congress is noticed conducting regular meetings quite often. Hence, it can be said that the poll mode is actually now on in Haryana.
This was the first time when the MLA actually talked about the programs in detail. He discussed that the various programs such as ‘chai pe charcha’, ‘Rahgiri’, and others are mainly the ways to reach out to the people. This can be a great way to get benefits in the Lok Sabha polls. Also, this can be a helpful step for the Assembly elections too.
When Khattar was asked by media about his personal views on the Assembly elections in Haryana, he came up with a quite crisp answer. He said that the election is not a demand from BJP but the election with the general elections will no doubt benefit the party in a number of ways. He further adds that there can be just one hurdle that the Election Commission may change the dates of the Assembly election.
Khattar very clearly said that the political situation right now is quite uncertain. He also added that the hustle in the Congress about leadership is being closely noticed by BJP. Based on this evaluation, he said that BJP is quite confident about the challenge and is absolutely ready for the elections to happen in Haryana.
